Delivery & Payment

1. Digital Products Only

Vodeto provides digital software license keys only.
No physical items (CD/DVD/USB, packaging or manuals) are shipped.

All products listed on vodeto.it.com are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Method & Timeframe

  • After successful payment, your license key and activation instructions are sent by email.

  • In most cases, delivery is instant or within 5–15 minutes.

  • In some cases (manual verification, high-risk orders, system checks), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • If you have not received your key after 24 hours, please:

    1. Check your Spam/Junk folder.

    2. Make sure the email entered at checkout is correct.

    3. Contact us at support@vodeto.it.com with your order number.

We do not charge any shipping fees, since all orders are delivered digitally.

3. Incorrect Email / Non-Delivery

If you entered the wrong email address, contact us as soon as possible with proof of purchase.
Where possible, we will resend the license key to the correct email address after verification.

If we are unable to deliver your key due to technical issues from our side, you are entitled to a full refund according to our Refund Policy.

4. Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments via (for example):

  • Other available methods shown at checkout

All payments are processed through trusted payment providers using encrypted connections.
Vodeto does not store your full card details.

5. Currency, Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at checkout.

  • Any applicable taxes or fees (if relevant) will be shown before you confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time, but changes do not affect confirmed orders.

6. Fraud & Verification

To protect our customers and partners, some orders may require additional verification (for example: email confirmation or manual review).
If an order is flagged as suspicious or fraudulent, we may cancel and refund the order.
